Her şey ham deriyle başlar. Tabakalar tesise girdiği anda değerlendirilir: köken, tuzlama, nem, yüzey. İyi deri iyi ham maddeyle başlar; bu yüzden kabul aşaması bizde bir formalite değil, ilk kalite kontrolüdür.
Tabaklamadan boyamaya, finisajdan sınıflandırmaya tüm süreç kendi tesisimizde yürür. Zanaatın el bilgisini modern proses kontrolüyle birleştiririz: banyo değerleri izlenir, kalınlık milimetreyle ölçülür, renk referans numuneye göre onaylanır. Usta gözü karar verir, ölçüm doğrular.
Ürettiğimiz deri hem Türkiye'de hem yurt dışında mobilya üreticilerinin, ayakkabı fabrikalarının ve moda evlerinin hattına girer. Bu alıcıların ortak beklentisi tek kelimeyle özetlenir: tutarlılık. İlk parti neyse onuncu parti de odur; sözümüz budur.

EN · The Story
Everything begins with the raw hide. Each one is assessed the moment it enters the facility: origin, cure, moisture, surface. Good leather starts with good raw material, which is why intake here is not a formality. It is the first quality check.
From tanning through dyeing, finishing and grading, every stage runs in our own facility. We pair the hand knowledge of the craft with modern process control: float values are monitored, thickness is measured in millimetres, colour is approved against a reference swatch. The tanner's eye decides; the measurement confirms.
Our leather enters the production lines of furniture makers, footwear manufacturers and fashion houses, in Türkiye and abroad. What these buyers share is a single expectation: consistency. The tenth batch matches the first. That is the promise we build to.
At Nigiz Deri, leather is not a commodity. It is a material that earns its value through the work applied to it. The discipline that turns raw hide into form is practised here every day, in every hide.
Honest Material
Leather hides nothing, and neither do we. Grading is transparent, the swatch tells the truth, and the delivery matches the swatch.
Measured Craft
Craft begins with intuition and is completed by measurement. Thickness, colour and hand are verified by touch and by instrument.

A lead time is a commitment, not an estimate. Orders ship on the date agreed, to the specification agreed.
